Overview
The Child Care Centers were mainly started at construction sites to take care of the younger siblings of the Educational Activity Centers (EAC) students. At these sites since both of the parents work, the responsibility of taking care of the younger children often falls on the older ones. If there is a younger sibling to look after it is not possible for the older sibling to attend school. Therefore, it becomes imperative for us to take care of the young ones too.
Facilities
Generally, all our classes are held in labor camps or at construction sites where a location, a tin shed or a room, is provided by the builder. But when such a facility is not available or is likely to take time setting up, we start our classes in School on Wheels or a temporary space close to the construction site location.
