Called “Parivartan”, this institute trains fresher, teachers, supervisor, and trainers; we also use it for refresher courses.

The Parivartan training center was initiated in October 2007. Informal training was already being conducted but the need for a separate training division arose due to expansion and continuous growth. It is a 7-week course with an average class of 15-20 teachers. Experts in various fields are called for the training and for feed back sessions; they even train our in-house staff.

By March 08, two training batches had been completed with altogether 45 new teachers. The third batch is currently being trained.
