Art & Language workshops in Mumbai on 19 & 29 February 2008 with different groups of children.
Children decorated sheets of paper with their thumbprints and were there after encouraged to seek out familiar shapes and images they could see in the thumbprints and draw them out.
The next step got them writing a small story incorporating all the images they had seen- the house, the puppy, the bald man, etc.
