Door Step School came to Pune in 1993 and its main objective is to bring primary education to children in slums, pavement communities, and construction sites.
We believe that education is an effective tool for development and for bringing about lasting change.

We are currently looking for companies or individuals to sponsor our coming events.
There are three main coming events:
- 15th August 2008: Independence Day
- 14th January 2009: Makar Sankranti
- 26th January 2009: Republic Day

During these events, we plan to give sweets to 3500 to 4000 children of Door Step School (Rs. 10 per child).
Donation will give you some tax benefits under 80-G Certificate.
